Shipping

For any product from my own store (not affiliate links), I ship every order from California via US Postal Service Flat Rate Envelope. Orders are processed within 2 business days and typically arrive within 5 business days within the United States once shipped. Contact me for international orders so I can price the actual shipping. Buyers are responsible for duty.

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

I stand behind my products 100%.

A couple of things are expected that aren't defects, so please don't return for these:

• If you have the Picotin style, there's a small gap toward the top of the protector — that's due to the mold shape, not a flaw.
• If you move a set from one bag to a new one, they can loosen with wear — that's normal and isn't covered under the guarantee.

What the guarantee covers: Manufacturing defects or the wrong item sent.

What it doesn't cover: damage to your handbag itself. I've done my best to create a product I trust on my own bags, but I can't be responsible for any damage to your bag from installation, wear, or removal.

To start a return or ask about the guarantee: Use the Contact Us Page! Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer and will be refunded via the original payment method.
