We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at teachonlinebook@gmail.com with your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Affiliate & Third-Party Products Some products (including bag charms, watch charms, and bag organizers) are fulfilled by third-party partners. These items are subject to the respective seller's return policy. Contact us at teachonlinebook@gmail.com and we'll help coordinate.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
